Internship: Digital Marketing

TÜV NORD GROUP is offering an exciting internship in Digital Marketing within the Big Data Department in beautiful Sevilla. You will work with Digital marketing tools and develop a real digital marketing use case, among many other responsibilities.

What does the picture you took, mean for you?
This picture is about the last program I managed: Solar Orbiter. It reminds me how challenging and changing the market environment and the companies we work with actually are, in a frame of leading edge technology. At the same time, it somehow shows the connection between our daily tasks and the vertigo of the infinite universe where our job becomes real!
Can you name a project you've worked on and feel proud of?
Again, Solar Orbiter. It marked a turning point in my life at my company. An innovative and challenging program where different needs of different clients and sponsors had to be aligned. It means a different way of performing my job to comply with the expected behavior and view that our market has about our company.
Is there something that you are aspiring to do in the future?
Could you imagine that you are actively involved in a project aimed to adapt the business model of your company to continue growing as the reference in its sector? This is currently our future. A digital transformation of our business model applying BIG DATA technologies. Our goal is to adapt our business to the current market demand and being closer to our stakeholders so that we can be seen as the fundamental technological partner they need for the future.
What advice would you give to students interested in joining TÜV Nord Group?
Just do it. Enroll with us! Being part of TÜV Nord Group means being part of an international company that has plenty of possibilities for you to develop a successful career. Take advantage of every minute you are with us, you will be an important resource for us and highly implicated on our day to day basis to help us achieving our goals.

Elisa, who leads the Financial & Administrative department at Cualicontrol, the subsidiary company of TÜV NORD GROUP in Spain, answers our questions and proudly says: #WeAreTheEmployers
What does the picture you took mean for you?
The mouse pad has several positive messages about “how to have a good day”: “Make plans for the weekend”, “Go for a walk after work”, “Today do not allow anyone or anything to make you angry. Today is your day”. And when I have a hard day at work, I like to read them.
What is a project you've worked on and feel proud of?
Currently, I am working in a reorganization and revitalization project for my company. It is very important for us to establish Cualicontrol - a subsidiary of TÜV NORD GROUP - as a profitable, innovative international company. I feel proud of it, because it’s a very interesting and complete project. We need to work with different areas in the company, for example with HR, Finance, IT/SAP, even if it is very time-consuming.
Is there something that you are aspiring to do in the future?
I believe that new opportunities will open up for me because TÜV NORD GROUP is an international company. In the future I would like to collaborate with other companies in the group. But, also, I would like to help Cualicontrol to grow and become the biggest and most profitable subsidiary outside Germany.
What advice would you give to students interested in joining TÜV NORD GROUP?
I would recommend them to get practical experience, enjoy their work-life and take the advantage of a multicultural/international environment.
