What are the career opportunities within Air Liquide after an internship?
There are multiple career opportunities after an internship at Air Liquide! If you did a good job during your internship and everything went well, then there are two options:
1)An opportunity presents itself in your department and you can apply for it, together with your manager.
2) Even if your department might not have a suitable position, there are always opportunities within all the entities of the Group. The HR department of the headquarters meets interns at the end of the internship and shares the profiles to the other entities within Air Liquide! This is also called the Program Stage+. An internship within Air Liquide is furthermore considered as a pre-recruitment program for young graduates in all departments of the company, whether it is commercial, finance or engineering.
